dr. malpass made his round this morning as promised. as he left the room, angel said, ‘hey no hard feelings, right?’ malpass laughed and smile, and said, ‘of course not.’ all is well on this front.

dr. otero came by shortly thereafter. angel’s bilirubins are down some more to 2.5! this is still great. but her platelet is down to 12, so the platelet transfusion was ordered and is currently getting it through IV. candace said her platelet count is already rising, and hoping angel will be able to produce these up to the 70’s on her own by next tuesday for chemo. if not, she’ll continue with the avastin and cetuximab. and possibly lower the irinotecan dose of chemo, which might be cause of the drop.

some physical therapy for angel today, and some design work for me.
