another week at v.m.Views: 32

it looks like angel will be at virginia mason into the week. getting her breathing stabilized is the goal before sending her home. the pulmonary specialist dr. mahoney met with us last night and after review, her team has opted to forgo a risky procedure to clear the clots in her lungs. angel has survived the big one already, so they will just continue to monitor her.

dr otero who is replacing malpass for the weekend told us that angel’s bilirubins have gone down some, which is a good sign, but we are waiting to see the trend.

renae and angel’s uncle rob are here. i think it will be wonderful for rob to see things first hand. he and amy have been amazing cheerleaders from minne since day one. renae will be here for a couple weeks, which will help out immensely.
